Rick worked very hard for us.  He was able to set us up with a website that automatically sent us emails of new listings.  We would put a list together of houses that we liked and Rick would walk us through the houses.  Rick was very honest with us about the houses.  Rick helped us be patient and not jump on the first few houses we saw.  It took us a good two months before we found the house that we loved that was in our price range.  After we found our house, it took us three months before we closed escrow.  Rick was always on top of calling the other Realtors and the escrow personnel.  We finally moved in and Rick was there the first day we got the key and the day we moved in.  Rick is a wonderful realtor who will put you first and continue to be there even after you move.  Rick has talked with us several times after we moved.  Thanks, Rick!

Dear Rick,

I wanted to thank you for your professionalism in handling the sale of my Mom and Dad’s house.  In this economy I was certain that it would be a long, arduous task even though this was a not a “short sale” or “foreclosure” like many homes on the market today.  Was I ever surprised when the first of two offers for the full asking price was received just a few days after it went on the market!  And closing just a month later was outstanding.  I believe the swift sale was due to a number of strategies employed by you.  Your strategy of adding a half percent to the commission for the buyer’s agent was one reason for the quick sale.  Another strategy you suggested was that we have all the reports and Section One work done prior to even listing the house.  This added to the buyers’ confidence that the house was in good condition and made the transaction go much more smoothly and quickly.  Having the house professionally staged certainly highlighted the improvements made to the house.   Finally, it was your professionalism and experience of selling in this market that really helped to sell this house.  I look forward to working with you in the future and would absolutely recommend your services to both buyers and sellers.
